M&E SERVICES DESIGN

For the full range of building services, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), domestic water services, drainage, LV power, lighting, fire alarms, security, access control and lightning protection, and the utilisation of heat pump systems.

LABORATORY SERVICES DESIGN

Laboratory services include the above general systems, but introduce ventilation strategies for control of containment, fume handling, fumigation, piped gasses and special waste.
We have experience in the design of Containment level 2 and 3 laboratories, where ventilation strategies for containment of pathogens and associated air filtration and fumigation systems are introduced.

CLEANROOM SERVICES DESIGN

Our experience includes the design of cleanroom services to ISO 7 standard, for secondary pharmaceutical manufacturing, handling and packing finished goods and manufacturing of drug delivery devices.
Ventilation systems include pressure regimes for room cleanliness and cross contamination protection, HEPA filtration for room air quality control and protection of the environment from product release.
Where handling of flammable solvents or explosive risk through airborne powders is an issue, electrical zoning and static earthing requirements are included in the design.

LIGHTING DESIGN

We provide lighting designs which not only achieve correct lux levels, but also the right “feel”.  In order to reduce Carbon footprint, we offer high efficiency lighting solutions, working closely with key manufacturers.  In some cases, as much as 60% of the original energy can be saved by introducing energy efficient and intelligent lighting systems, with realistic pay-back periods.
